How does Circular work?
Sign up and post your first job offer. Our matching algorithm selects the developers that best fit the role, and our team ensures their quality. Remember, these developers have already been interviewed and recommended by other hiring teams in the community and are open to changing jobs.
Express your interest in the developers you’d like to meet. If they’re interested in your offer, you can start a conversation with them—this is a great time to introduce yourself and share your availability to schedule a first interview.
After that, you can continue your selection process as usual. Involve your team in the evaluation or integrate Circular with your ATS to avoid overlapping work.
