Once the job is created, you will receive tech profiles in the following 24 hours. Your account manager will search among our 5,000+ candidates to find the ones that fit you best. We’ll notify you once the profiles are delivered to your account.

Our team hand-picks candidates from within our platform--all interviewed and/or referred by community users--and sends them to your email and your Circular account. At this point, you can send them an interview request if you want to know more about them. If the developer accepts the interview request:

✉️ We will send an introduction email to both you and the developer. You can directly answer and start discussing the next steps.

💬 You can also communicate using Circular’s messaging channel to directly share availability and schedule your first call with the candidate.

Remember that these candidates have been referred by the members of the community, fully ready to change jobs.
