In this section, you will see:

1. Selected candidates: The profiles of the candidates we have selected for you, whom you still need to invite for an interview if you’re interested in meeting them.

2. Pending requests: The candidates who have received an interview request from you and have not yet accepted or declined the invitation.

3. Candidates in your hiring process: Accepted requests or candidates who are currently in your selection process.

4. Rejected candidates: The candidates you have declined for that position.

From here, you can access the professional profile the candidate has chosen to share, such as LinkedIn, GitHub, etc. You can also view:

• Locations where the candidate is willing to work.

• Work permits they hold.

• Languages they speak.

• Key skills or abilities they possess.

• Their recommendations.

All this information will help you make an informed decision and send an interview request if you find them a good fit.
