Viewing the candidate profiles you are in contact with is very easy! Simply:

  1. Click on “Home” on the top part of Circular’s site.

  2. Scroll down to the "Your Jobs" section.

  3. Click on the job with the developers you want to review.

Here you will find two sections:

  • In the Matches section you'll find:

    • "Matches" - You'll see all the candidates in which you and the candidate are interested in each other, and you have invited for an interview

    • You will be able to see the Candidates that are currently in your hiring process and the conversations

    • Once you have finished the interview processes, you can mark them as "Hired" or "Not Hired"

  • In the Candidates section you'll find:

    • "To Review" - These are Candidates that you haven't yet reviewed

    • 👍 Candidates that are interested in your job - these are candidates that have said they are interested in your open role

    • 👎 Candidates you are "Not interested" in, that you didn't feel to be the right fit. You have the option to recover these candidates at any time, just click "I'm interested now"

For each candidate, you’ll see a drop-down arrow where be able to check the professional profiles they've decided to add such as LinkedIn, Github, etc. Also, you’ll be able to see:

  • The cities they are willing to work in

  • Which active Work Permits they have

  • The languages they speak

  • Their skills

  • Their referrals

This will help you make a decision and send them an interview request if you like them.
