We currently have a talent pool of over 100,000 technical profiles in areas such as software development, data, and product.

Not only do we have this extensive base, but our system allows us to keep the information up to date. We know which of these profiles have recently joined our community through a recruiter’s recommendation or have reactivated their profile because they are once again available in the job market.

If, for some reason, you don’t receive candidate recommendations or applications after posting your job offer, there could be several reasons:

1. Our matching algorithm, developed in-house, uses a set of specific filters to identify candidates that truly meet your requirements with the highest accuracy.

• If you’re not finding candidates or the recommendations don’t quite match what you’re looking for, there may be some confusion in selecting these filters, which we ask for when you create your offer.

You can adjust these filters to improve the quality of the recommendations. If you’re still not satisfied, contact our team or your Customer Success Manager for assistance in fine-tuning the recommendations for your offer.

2. It’s possible that at the time of posting your offer, we may not have enough profiles that meet your needs. Circular is based on a community of recommendations, and for us, it’s essential not only to have a sufficient number of candidates but also to ensure that these candidates are actively looking for work, which speeds up the sourcing process.

• Therefore, even though we might have candidates in our talent pool who meet your requirements, you may not receive recommendations because we know they’re not currently seeking new opportunities.

If this happens, you can contact your Customer Success Manager to discuss your specific case and see how we can assist you.
