There are two main ways to recommend candidates to the community:

🔗 Sharing your referral link with them:

Copy your referral link—or use one of our templates—and share it with candidates you’ve decided not to move forward with.

Once they click, if they are already Circular users, we’ll automatically add your recommendation to their profile. If they’re not yet users, we’ll notify you once they join so you can complete their information.

💌 Sending them our recommendation email:

Click on any of our “Recommend Candidates” buttons.

Enter the candidate’s email, click “Send Recommendation,” and complete the candidate’s information.

The candidate will receive a recommendation email in their inbox on your behalf.

If they are already Circular users, we’ll automatically add your recommendation to their profile. If not, we’ll let you know once they register.

Please note that if they choose not to join, we do not retain their data. We will delete their email addresses from our database within 24 hours. Read more about GDPR compliance here.
