As you know, Circular is a community where a great Candidate Experience is guaranteed and developers will help you understand where the quality of your hiring process stands.

For that, every recruiter will have access to their own Recommendations & surveys board that will help them visualize different metrics in order to improve their candidate experience and boost their reputation. Find below a brief description of what to find in there and what every section represents:

Recommend Candidates

Here you’ll be able to add the email addresses of those developers you want to recommend or copy your recommendation link and paste it in the email you want to send to the developer.

Private Feedback from developers you interviewed

You’ll be able to see here what your developers think about your hiring process in order to improve where needed and increase your hiring conversion. The data that you find here will be private, we won’t display it anywhere else and only you have access to it.

  1. Surveys: number of surveys sent by you when you choose who to send the survey to. Surveys sent by Circular will be the ones that we sent on your behalf to Circular candidates once you give us Hire/not hire feedback, and the ones developers decide to answer proactively in regards your hiring process.

  2. How many developers would recommend your hiring process: find the number of promoters, passive and detractors. Also find your NPS, calculated as percentage of promoters - percentage of detractors, and the average NPS of the community of recruiters. This will help you understand where your hiring process stands in comparison to other recruiters hiring developers like you.

  3. What developers liked and disliked about your hiring process: see how developers would rate the job description, the communications, the interviewers and the feedback of your hiring process. Also find here where the average rate stands for the community.

  4. Latest Comments: developers will be able to give you more detailed feedback and it will be displayed here.

Your Talent Pool

See all candidates you have interviewed, those you have recommended and the ones you have asked for feedback. You can find how satisfied they were based on their experience and how many of them you’ve recommended. Also, you’ll be able to send them a survey to rate your hiring process if you haven’t yet.
