With Circular Teams, you can invite other members that belong to your same Venture Capital and share talent. This also means that you’ll be able to see the candidates your teammates invite to your shared Talent Pool and they can see yours.
To create the team and invite team members:
Go to your avatar to access the drop-down menu in the navigation bar
Click on “Company and team” and then on “Invite new member”
Add the email address of the colleague you want to invite to the team. And finalize this process by clicking on “Send email”
We’ll send them an invitation to join your team. Do not worry if they don't have an account, we will send them an email so they can register.
From now on you’ll be able to see the candidates that other team members have invited to your Venture Capital Talent Pool, and vice versa.
