Circular allows Venture Capital Firms to build their Talent Pool. This way, they’ll be able to invite all the candidates they know and like while providing value to their portfolio companies. The recruiters who belong to the portfolio companies will be able to access their VCs talent pool and also Circular’s talent pool.

As such, the recruiters of the portfolio companies will be able to:

Access to the Talent Pool of the VCs

They will find all the candidates recommended by their VCs in a Talent Pool divided by categories: Marketing & Sales, Tech, Product & Design, and Operations. In each category they will find more details about the candidates like timezones, the cities they are happy to work in, the languages they speak, who they were recommended by, and why. Also, Circular provides the feature of inviting them for an interview just by clicking “Request Interview”. The candidate will approve the request and the hiring process can begin as usual.

Add jobs to Circular

Recruiters from the portfolio companies will also be able to add jobs to Circular and therefore access to the Circular Talent Pool. Please note that currently, our Circular community is fully focused on Tech profiles. Therefore, we’ll be able to give our support only to developers. Read more about it here. Our team will put you in contact with the profiles you want to connect with and will help you set up the first interview with them.

Share talent with other companies from the portfolio

In the same way, you can benefit from the candidates recommended by recruiters from other portfolio companies, you can also share those candidates you liked and would like to help with them. Remember that even if one candidate didn’t fit your job there might be other recruiters looking for similar profiles at other companies. Building a common Talent Pool is useful and efficient for everyone!

Help candidates access the full Circular community

If the portfolio companies do not have a matching job for the candidates that belong to the Venture Capital Talent Pool, there is still a lot we can do for these candidates! If they opt-in, we’ll help them find a job within the Circular Community, therefore connecting them with companies that are looking for profiles like theirs. Also, keep in mind that Circular supports Developers so we will be able to help only tech profiles.
