Once the job offer is created, we’ll search among our pool of developers to find the ones that fit you best. We’ll immediately share the best profiles with you after you post your job. Please note that these candidates are open to changing jobs and have been referred to Circular.

If you like the candidate you may want to invite them for an interview. You can do so simply by clicking on “I'm interested”. The candidates will be notified about your request and they will either accept it, if they like the job offer, or decline it.

If they accept, it will be considered a "Match" and we will shortly put you in contact to set your first interview so you can continue the hiring process as you normally do. The candidate will show up in "Matches" area in your job.

If the candidate declines your interest, you will be notified and you’ll receive the candidate’s feedback if they provide any. *Please note that by ‘I'm interested’, it doesn’t specifically have to be an interview, you can start your process as you please, this is to show your interest in the candidate.

What happens if you don’t want to invite a candidate for an interview? Nothing at all! You can mark the candidate as “Not the right fit”, and the feedback will be private to Circular, with the purpose of improving the following candidate selection. The candidate won’t be notified at any moment.
