Once your job offer is created, we will search through our candidates to find those who best match your preferences using our matching algorithm, which is capable of identifying the profiles that best fit your requirements.

We will share the best profiles with you as soon as you publish your offer if you are on the unlimited plan, while we will only show you the profiles of those who have applied if your offer is under the pay-per-post model.

Keep in mind that these candidates are open to changing jobs and have been recommended to Circular by our community of recruiters.

Interview Invitation

If you like a candidate’s profile, you can invite them to an interview simply by clicking on “Invite to apply” Your interest will be notified to the candidate, who can then accept or decline the request depending on whether they find the job offer appealing.

If they accept: we will connect you immediately so you can schedule your first interview and continue the selection process as usual.

If they decline: we will notify you and also share any feedback from the candidate, if available.

‘Request Interview’ does not mean there must be an immediate interview; it’s simply a way to show interest in candidates and begin the process as you normally would.

What if you’re not interested in the profile?

Absolutely nothing happens. You can simply mark it as “Not interested,” and only Circular will receive that information. The candidate will not be notified at any point.
