When you post your job offer, you will automatically receive candidates so you can start reviewing profiles that match the requirements you’ve specified.

However, this process works differently depending on the type of subscription you have active on your Circular account:

If your offer is under the “Pay-Per-Job” model: from the moment you publish it, we will proactively notify matching candidates so they can apply. You won’t be able to see their applications until they express interest.

If your offer is part of our Unlimited plan: as soon as you publish your offer, we will send you up to 10 candidates so you can start showing interest in those you like and rejecting those you don’t.

Additional Candidates

If you have the Unlimited version, each time you review candidates (whether you show interest or not), we will send you a new candidate (up to a maximum of 10) if we continue to identify someone who fits.

Candidates are not notified of your rejections; we only connect them with recruiters when you send them a show of ‘Interest.’

If we don’t send you enough candidates, it may be because we don’t have enough profiles that match your offer. If you’re on the unlimited version, contact your Customer Success Manager for assistance.

Expiration

Once we send you candidates for review, you have 14 days to provide feedback before they expire.

You’ll see a countdown on each candidate’s card indicating the number of days you have left to request an interview. When a candidate expires, you lose the opportunity to contact them.

In Summary:

Show your positive or negative interest in candidates as soon as possible. We will learn from your decisions and feedback and continue to improve the results you receive.

This version maintains clarity and structure, ensuring the key points are emphasized for better understanding.
