There are many reasons why a candidate does not get hired or even drops in the initial stages of a selection process: not fitting in with the culture of the team/company, lack of experience or tech stack, languages, salary...

But in the Circular Community, there are more than 7,000 recruiters from all over the world looking for candidates with very different requirements in terms of experience, salary, or technological stack, among others.

No two companies are the same and, therefore, the “ideal candidate” may be defined differently in each of them.

Therefore, unless you dismiss a candidate for a 100% reason that can be transferred to another company or context (for example, for being rude or disrespectful during the process) you should always refer the candidates you decide not to hire.

You will be helping not only those candidates but also some peer recruiters from the community.
