For now, only Circular candidates related to your company can rate your Candidate Experience.
That is:
🤝 Candidates you have interviewed through Circular. Once they finish the process, we offer them to fill in your CX survey optionally no matter the final decision.
👍🏽 Candidates that have been referred to Circular by any of your recruiters. Once they sign up and create their account we will give them the chance to give them feedback about your hiring process.
🚫 You won't be able to share and rate your survey outside of Circular.
