Our pricing for each qualified candidate is based on the current supply of talent in the market compared to the demand. Therefore, the price per qualified candidate ranges between 8€, 12€ and 16€.
When you post a Pro Job, we will let you know what Supply the job has, which will indicate the cost of the qualified candidates.
High Supply Job - This means there is a large talent pool of candidates and lower demand for that particular role in the market
Medium Supply Job - This means there is a medium talent pool of candidates and medium demand for that particular role in the market
Low Supply Job - This means there is a small talent pool of candidates and high demand for that particular role in the market
