In a Pro Job, you will receive qualified candidates who have been pre-vetted by other recruiters and have been carefully matched to your specific requirements by the Circular team. These candidates are actively seeking new job opportunities and are either already interested in your job or can be contacted by you through Circular.

You will also receive organic applicants that apply directly to your role. Any non-qualified applicants that apply to your job will be automatically filtered out and you will not be charged for these. You will have the option to recover them at any time.
