Rejecting candidates in Circular is a simple process that you likely have already completed. However, you may be asking yourself how to provide additional feedback regarding why they were not the right fit for the position.

Once you click in the "Not Interested" button.

A banner will pop up at the top of the screen, and on the right, you'll see a button that says "Why wasn't this candidate a fit?"

It's really important that you click on this button and let us know why this candidate wasn't the right fit. This feedback will help us improve the quality of future candidates.
