Once you start getting new matches and having your first round of calls and moving candidates through the process, they'll reach a stage where they either get hired or are simply discarded from the process.

Once any of these two happen, it's super important to update the candidates in the matches block from your profile.

Just click the arrow on the left of the candidate's name and click on the button "hired" or "not hired".
