Effortless Quiz Creation with AI | Lantern Help Center

We're excited to introduce our upgraded AI integration within the Lantern app, making quiz creation easier than ever before. With just a few clicks, our AI now generates a fully customized, ready-to-use product quiz, complete with AI-generated images for the welcome page. The entire process takes only minutes, saving you time while delivering a beautifully tailored look that matches your store's brand—so you can focus on growing your business effortlessly.

1. Getting Started

To begin, go to the Quizzes tab and click the Create a New Quiz button. This will take you to the Create a New Quiz interface, where you can choose how you’d like to start:

In this guide, click Use Lantern AI. On the next screen, choose the products or variants you want to recommend at the end of the quiz.

2. Add products you want to recommend

With our latest AI integration, you can start by adding the products or variants you want to recommend in the quiz as results. Lantern AI will use these products to generate and customize a quiz that matches them to relevant answers your quiz takers can select, and recommend the most suitable ones on the results page. As you can see in the screenshot below, you can start by adding the products or variants.

Optional: Add More Details

If you click on Add More Details, you can see a selection of 3 prompts to further help the AI build your perfect quiz:

Goal: Describe your goal with the quiz, such as helping your customers choose the perfect pet food.
Brand & Products: Provide a brief description of your product offering, like "organic" or "high-quality pet food."
Customers: Share a bit about your quiz takers, such as "pet owners who want to offer their furry friends the highest quality food for a healthy, long life."

3. Generate the Quiz

Once you've added your products and any additional details, click on Generate Quiz. The AI will take a few minutes to create your quiz, so please wait while it loads. After it's ready, you will be automatically redirected to the quiz builder, where you can browse and review your ready-made quiz.

The Resulting Quiz

The resulting quiz is 100% customizable. You can fully edit questions, add more or remove some if needed, edit answers, add emojis, or upload images.
