Lantern Quiz Builder applies specific tags to orders made by customer who engage with your quizzes. These tags are essential for analytics, reporting, and filtering orders.
How Order Tags Work
Order tags are assigned when a customer interacts with your quiz and answers at least the first question, which Lantern defines as an "engagement." The following tags are applied to their order:
Lantern Quiz: This tag gets applied to all orders where the customer has engaged with the quiz and can be customized or disabled.
Lantern-Session: Alongside the 'Lantern Quiz' tag, the 'lantern-session' tag records the unique session ID from the user's quiz interaction. Found under the order's Additional Details, this tag is crucial for in-depth analytics and reporting and is non-removable to maintain data integrity.
Customizing the Lantern Quiz Tag
To customize the 'Lantern Quiz' tag for each quiz, follow these steps:
1. Access the Quiz Settings: Navigate to your desired quiz in the Lantern dashboard.
2. Modify Tags: Under the Results Page section, click on the Advanced Settings dropdown. Here, you can edit the 'Lantern Quiz' tag to something more useful such as the quiz name. You can add multiple tags separated by commas.
Disabling the Lantern Quiz Tag
If the 'Lantern Quiz' tag is not needed for certain quizzes, it can be disabled:
Go to Advanced Settings: On the Results Page, locate the Advanced Settings.
Disable the Tag: Toggle the option to disable the 'Lantern Quiz' tag for the selected quiz.
