Providing a frictionless checkout experience is key to success with Try Before You Buy. TryNow is not compatible with any express checkout options (PayPal, ShopPay, Amazon Pay, etc.). Shopify automatically hides ShopPay and Amazon Pay from the checkout flow when TryNow is enabled. However, it currently does not hide PayPal - so you'll need to manually hide PayPal Checkout on your TryNow orders. Let's walk you through it!

As of our latest release, PayPal is now automatically suppressed for TryNow orders! Please update to the latest version of the TryNow app for the best customer experience possible.
