How do I create and deactivate workspaces?

New workspaces can be created by clicking on the arrow next to the workspace you are in and selecting ‘Add new workspace’.

Give your workspace a name and decide whether you want it to exist as part of a parent-child hierarchy or not and then click ‘Accept and add workspace’.

Your newly created workspace will automatically load.

To deactivate a workspace and make it invisible and unusable you need to click on ‘Settings’ from within a workspace you want to keep.

Choose ‘Workspaces’, locate the workspace you want to deactivate and use the toggle switch on the right hand side to toggle it off. The switch will be grayed out and the workspace will no longer be visible or accessible from within Pencil Pro.
