At the top left of the Pencil Results dashboard, you can filter Channels and Campaigns. This dropdown list allows you to filter and view data specific to individual channels and campaigns. By selecting a particular channel, such as Meta or Google Ads, you can focus on the relevant metrics for that channel, gaining insights into audience engagement and effectiveness.

Similarly, the campaigns dropdown lets you isolate data for advertising initiatives, enabling you to compare and contrast performance across various campaigns. This helps you identify strategies and areas for improvement, ensuring your marketing efforts are both efficient and impactful.

What is the “sorted by” feature?

The "Sorted By" option in the Pencil Results Dashboard shows how chosen metrics are displayed for each ad campaign. In this section, the word ascending or descending will be displayed to match how metrics have been displayed in the dashboard table.

If you want to monitor key metrics within an isolated time frame, you can use the last 7 days feature within the top toolbar of the Pencil Results Dashboard. To use this filter, simply navigate to the date range selection area and choose the appropriate time frame from the available options. This will automatically adjust the dashboard to display metrics and insights from the past month, providing a timely snapshot of your campaigns' effectiveness.

By concentrating on this recent data, you can identify current trends, assess the impact of recent changes, and make agile adjustments to your strategies. This filter is particularly useful for tracking the immediate effects of new campaigns or modifications, ensuring that your advertising efforts remain relevant and responsive to the latest audience behaviours and market conditions.
