Pencil's image-to-video tool gives you easy access to market-leading video generation capabilities.
To access the video generation tool, navigate to Generate videos from your workspace's landing page.
Once selected you will have the options to upload an image straight away, or to try out the tool using a preset image and prompt.
To generate from your own image, upload your file and then select your video model using the model selection panel in the left-hand options.
Next, select your required aspect ratio and position your image within the canvas.
Please note:
You will be unable to generate without filling the canvas. If there is a red outline on the canvas, this means you need to adjust the image size to completely fill the canvas.
If you are using the Runway model, you can also add a prompt to fine-tune your control of the video output. To find out more about prompting for video generation, click here.
You can also set video gen settings from the Settings tab in the left-hand menu, please note that these settings are specific to each model.
Once you've pressed generate, you will need to wait for a few seconds and then you can view and export your output for use in your creatives!
