Accepted File Types and Specifications for Pencil Platform
The Pencil platform supports a variety of file types for creative content, including images, videos, design files, 3D models, fonts, music, brand documents, and presentations. Please adhere to the specifications below to ensure smooth uploads and optimal functionality.

1. Images (JPG and PNG)
File Format: JPG, PNG
Maximum File Size: 10 MB
Maximum Resolution: 2000 pixels on the longest side
Aspect Ratio: Any aspect ratio is accepted
Notes: Ideal for static images, photography, and logos.
2. Video (MP4 and MOV)
File Format: MP4, MOV
Duration: Minimum of 5 seconds, Maximum of 10 minutes
Maximum File Size: 250 MB
Resolution: 1080p (1920x1080 pixels) recommended
Aspect Ratio: Any aspect ratio is accepted
Notes: Ideal for animations, UGC videos and promotional videos. Compress files for quality and size optimization.
3. Photoshop Files (PSD)
File Format: PSD (Photoshop Document) as .Pencil files using the PSD plugin
Layers: Retain layers for full editability
Resolution and Aspect Ratio: Recommended 2000px maximum resolution; any aspect ratio
Notes: Organize and label layers for efficient team collaboration.
4. Fonts (TTF and OTF)
File Formats: TTF (TrueType Font), OTF (OpenType Font)
