You can export your creatives in a variety of formats accessible outside of Pencil:

Zip file containing .jpg files
Plain HTML
.PSD
Export directly to Media
Pencil also supports the direct export of creatives to your connected ad accounts.
Furthermore, via either method, Pencil supports the export of a single creative or x number of feed variations:
