Labels in the Work page

We recommend the following good labelling practices when adding labels and structuring your Work page. It will help you and your team find what you are looking for, track progress and more.

Use clear, informative labels based on the following suggested categories:

Category

Examples

Concept / Scenario

Anniversary, Hibernation, Back to School, Post-Workout

Target Audience

Young Adults, Kids, Elderly, Active

Geography

Country, Continent, or State (e.g., Japan, Europe, Texas)

Channel / Placement

Facebook, TikTok, Amazon, Ecomm, Google, YouTube, etc.

Campaign / Project

Project name or "Demo"

Product Name

e.g., Nutella Biscuit, Lancome Serum

Language

English, French, Spanish, etc.

Status

For Approval, WIP, Needs Rework, Final

We suggest, in general, not using labels for:

  • Media Type

  • Format size

  • Designer's Name

  • Duration

  • Date & Time

Use clear, informative labels based on the following suggested categories:
