Introduction
Within the Settings menu of your workspace, there is an Alerts option. It allows you to configure an alert pop-up to be triggered when a user clicks 'Generate' in any of the following places:
Image Generation
Video Generation
Upon Login
The alert for each of these is configured and enabled/disabled independently of one another.
Using these alerts can be valuable for a number of reasons including:
Helpful reminders for a range of things before generation, which may help optimise your costs by reducing unnecessary iterative generations.
Reminders of client or firm-specific considerations, again, before generation.
Reminders of processes or procedures that need to be followed before generation
All alerts are configured at the workspace level by an Admin. For the Image and Video Generation alerts in particular this gives you flexibility for different alerts across different workspaces.
Specific information you want to remind/alert your users to each time they login to the platform.
Accessing Alerts
Navigate to Settings -> Alerts:
Here you can see the option to expand the configuration panel for each alert area - Image Generation, Video Generation and Login, as well as toggle each alert Enabled/Disabled.
Configuring an alert
Using Image generation as an example, the configuration panel allows us to create custom alert text in Markdown format. Use this simple cheatsheet if you are unfamiliar with Markdown. It is flexible and allows you to control the formatting of the alert.
Although you can only create a single alert for each of the three areas at present, you have up to 4000 characters so it can be used to encompass quite a lot.

In the below example I have simply set a 'Reminder to check for diversity', with the ** either side of diversity indicating bold text in Markdown format.

As the configuration panel states, the event (alert) will trigger when users click the 'Generate' button, in the case of Image Generation.

You will also see there is an option to allow users to dismiss the alert, or for it to persist each time they Generate. A preview of this sample alert is shown below.
