  1. Navigate to AI Magic Tools > Feed Variations. Or, navigate to Templates > Use this Template > Feed Variations.

  2. Select a Master Creative; you can either use a Creative that you’ve already generated, or use a Template.

  3. Set up a feed: either create a new feed (this produces a version of Google Sheets), provide a URL or upload the feed as a .csv or .xlsx file.

  4. Add a header to each column with the variables you want to include, e.g. Product, Market, Audience, Language, Header, Image, Call to Action

  5. Add the relevant details underneath each column header. You can add copy manually, or you can use the ‘Generate copy’ tool.

  6. Add image or video assets to the correct row directly from your asset library by selecting a cell and choosing 'Add asset' from the buttons at the top-right.

  7. The final step is Mapping; this is how you tell the AI which elements you want to vary. Select elements in your creative to map them to column headings from your feed, e.g. Click on the headline in an image and map it to the ‘Header’ column in your feed using the dropdown arrow. For videos, you can click through from scene to scene to add in variations.

  8. Click generate. If your template is built in multiple formats, you can choose which format to generate in.

  9. You can export your creatives either individually or altogether. You will then be given a spreadsheet with URLs for each creative (where they can be downloaded).
