Your meals are freshly cooked on the day of delivery and arrive chilled, not frozen — ready to go straight into your fridge. They travel in dedicated refrigerated vehicles and insulated packaging so they stay cold all the way to your door.
Meals keep for 4 days in the fridge (including the delivery day). Many dishes can also be frozen in their original containers for longer storage — items that are not suitable for freezing are marked "Not Freezable" on our menu page.
