The weekly goal and flame streak feature is designed to keep students engaged and encourage them to log in regularly.
Each user has a weekly goal which is set by the Administrator or Teacher.
The default weekly goal is set to 10 modules
A flame + number indicates the number of weeks in a row that the goal has been reached
Setting the weekly goal
You can change a weekly goal on any Settings preset by visiting the General settings tab.
To set an individual weekly goal for each of your student's, visit their personal settings from inside the Students tab on your Admin account. Select a student from the list, use the Actions dropdown menu and click Settings then toggle the "Enable weekly goal" on from the General settings tab. Enter your preferred number of modules and select Apply changes to save the new weekly goal to your student's account.
On average a module takes around 5 minutes to complete, but this can be longer when students are first getting used to touch-typing. If you would like your student to practice their typing for 15 minutes a day, three days a week, you might set a weekly goal of 12 modules.
Turning the weekly goal off
Follow the same steps as outlined above and toggle the "Enable weekly goal" setting off.
