To permanently close your account:

  1. Sign in to the Tune app

  2. Tap your Account Icon on the far right of the navigation bar

  3. Tap Settings

  4. Tap Delete Account

  5. Confirm

If you are seeing an error message, this is most likely temporary. Please try again later at a later time. If you still need help, submit a ticket to us.

When you take this action, you will permanently lose your matches, messages and other information associated with your account, and your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Bear in mind, if you want to use Tune again after deleting your account, you will need to create a whole new account.

PLEASE NOTE: Deleting, removing or uninstalling the app from your phone does not delete your account. You must follow the steps above to delete your account. If you subscribed to Tune using your Apple ID or Google Play Store ID, deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. You will need to take the necessary steps with the App Store or Google Play Store to ensure you are not charged an auto renewal subscription fee.
