How to Delete a Course or Unit

STEP 1: Navigate to Tuple SMS > Units

STEP 2: Delete a Unit

  1. Delete all related Unit Offers

  2. Delete any documents attached to the Course or Unit 

  3. On the Top Navigation Bar, click Units

  4. Search and Open the Unit you wish to delete

  5. Action and Delete

  6. A pop-up message will appear asking you to confirm that you wish to delete the Course, click OK

  7. You will receive a message to indicate that the Coursewas successfully deleted

  • If you received a message advising that child relationships exist, it means that there are still Unit Offers or documents attached to the Course. Delete these and try again.

STEP 3: Delete a Course

  1. Delete all related Course Offers 

  2. Delete all related Units 

  3. Delete any documents attached to the Course 

  4. On the Top Navigation Bar, click Courses

  5. Search and Open the Course you wish to delete

  6. Action and Delete

  7. A pop-up message will appear asking you to confirm that you wish to delete the Course, click OK

  8. You will receive a message to indicate that the Coursewas successfully deleted

  • If you received a message advising that child relationships exist, it means that there are still Course Offers or documents attached to the Course. Delete these and try again.
