Use the Copy a Unit Offer feature if:
You are setting up a Short Course Offer and do not wish to create a Course Offer from scratch for each delivery instance
You have Learners that need to re-do a Unit Offer as part of the same Course Offer Enrolment
STEP 1: Navigate to TupleSMS > Offers > Unit Offers
STEP 2: Search for the relevant Unit Offer
Click on the Unit Offer code to take you to the Selected Unit Offer > Details page.
Click Action > Copy Unit Offer
Copy Unit Offer drawer will open.
Choose the appropriate options:
Course Offers: When copying a Unit Offer, you can choose whether to link the new Unit Offer to Course Offers during the copy process.
Link Course Offers later – Select this option if you do not want to link Course Offers during the copy process. Course Offers can be linked after the Unit Offer has been created.
Set Linked Course Offers – Select this option to link one or more existing Course Offers to the new Unit Offer during the copy process. Use the Search Course Offers field to search and select the required Course Offer(s).
Copy Options: You can select all available copy options by clicking on Select all.
Set Unit Offer Dates from the Selected Course Offer – Copies the start and end dates from the selected Course Offer to the new Unit Offer.
Set Unit Offer Details from the Selected Course Offer – Copies relevant details from the selected Course Offer to the new Unit Offer.
Note: Option 1 and 2 are only available when a single Course Offer is selected.
Copy Checklists – Copies any checklists associated with the source Unit Offer to the new Unit Offer.
Copy Enrolment Checklist Templates – Copies any enrolment checklist templates associated with the source Unit Offer to the new Unit Offer.
Click Confirm Copy Unit Offers
NOTE: It is recommended that you modify the Unit Offer Code to make it easy when enrolling the students to identify the relevant unit offer
