STEP 1: Choose to update Unit Enrolments from:
EITHER, THE COURSE OFFER
You can choose to update multiple Unit Enrolments through the Course Offer.
Open the relevant Course Offer
In the Left Navigation Bar, click Enrolments
Select the relevant Learners by ticking the check box next to the name
Click Action and select Manage Unit Enrolments from the drop down menu located underneath the list of Learners.
OR, FROM THE UNIT OFFER
Update Unit Enrolments for a specific Unit Offer
Open the relevant Unit Offer
In the Left Navigation Bar, click Enrolments
Select the relevant Learners by ticking the check box next to the name
Click Action and select Manage Unit Enrolments from the drop down menu located underneath the list of Learners
STEP 2: Select Fields
Select the Units you wish to modify by ticking the check box next to the Units
Tick the Units you wish to Update or Select > all Records
Click Action at the top right and choose the Update enrolments
Select a field to update
Enter a value
Repeat steps 4-5 as necessary
Type confirm in the Confirm your Changes field
Tick the checkbox
Click Save
