IMPORTANT NOTES:

  • If a member of staff leave the organisation is it crucial that their access be disabled; otherwise, they will still be able to make changes to your account. However, please note, Tuple does NOT recommend that staff be completely deleted from your account. They can contain important information linked to a Course Enrolment or another areas within Tuple.

  • If the Portal Administrator leaves the organisation and there are no other Users with Portal Administrator level access, a formal letter of authorisation from the Managing Director or CEO requesting a User account to be updated to Portal Administrator level access is required. Please note that the authorisation letter should be on your organisation’s letterhead.

STEPS TO FOLLOW:

  1. Log in with Portal Administrator level access

  2. Click on 'Users' - the 'Manage Users' summary page will open

  3. Under 'Profile' it will list the number of:

  • Current Users - by clicking on the number of Current Users, you should be able to see who is currently logged in under the Logged into Tuple column

  • Invitations that have been Sent, Accepted, Expired, Declined and Cancelled - you can click on the number under each status to view more details if needed

4. Identify the User you need to disable and select the relevant profile
5. On the far right, under 'Action', click 'Modify'
6. The User's current access will appear
7. To disable a User's access, click 'None' for each product
8. Click Save
9. This will permanently remove the User's access to the Tuple Portal. You will be presented with a warning message, click 'OK' to confirm
