Customer management requires building an orderly process of gathering general information about the customer and organizing documents such as personal documents, requirements, and agreements. And, finally, the management of all the transactions which we carry out regularly.

The basis of client management is to gather all information about your client in one place, all general client details, client-related documents such as personal documents, agreements, and much more. And, of course, we would like to link your sales transactions to each customer. This is a series of steps that will help you through the process:

  1. In the first step, you will create a data type for a customer portfolio, the data type should include all the information you want to collect about your customers. In this article, you will read about how to build a data type in the system.

  2. Now develop a group for customer portfolios: This group will be in the Kanban view where you will be able to manage the customers' portfolios in progression or by typing in the customers in the columns you create. In this video, you will see how to open a group in Kanban view.

  3. The next step is to customize another data type that will be used for your customer transactions. These data types will be placed within the data types for the customer portfolio. Here you will also include all the important information in managing transactions. This is where you can ask yourself what you are looking to achieve and what kind of information you will need.

  4. Now develop a Kanban group where you will manage your business. This group will express their sales process from the first call to the closing, including the personal and negotiation steps.

  5. Now, when you open a new business, you can simply link it to your customer base. Clicking on the attachment option in the post's action menu will allow you to link items quickly.

The idea is to create a simple process that combines groups and data types that allows you to gather all the information for your customers and transactions in one place.
