A knowledge challenge is a great way to motivate your team to share their knowledge with others. You can announce a monthly (weekly, quarterly) challenge and reward members according to the score they reach - they gain points for every item they publish and even more points when their item is used by others.

Start a challenge:

Only the Admin can start & manage a challenge. as an Admin you will configure the challenge: name, description, time period, and the rewards.

  1. Navigate to the scoreboard in the admin settings.

  2. Click on New Challenge.

  3. Type the challenge details: name, description, and the time period.

  4. Provide rewards for the top three positions - add the prize title, description, and a link and the image of the prize is optional.

The scoreboard will always be visible on the right-hand side of the feed. The team members can check their place and the number of points they have earned so far. They can also click on the prize icon and view the prize description.

Points configuration:

You can configure the points a team member will gain for every activity that they do in the system -

  1. Navigate to the scoreboard in the admin settings.

  2. Scroll down to the 'System Points' section.

  3. Click on the relevant activity and set up the points.

FYI -

  1. The Knowledge levels are default in the system. The levels reflect the members' experience and knowledge within the team or the entire company.

  2. For every new challenge, the points will be calculated from zero. They will be added to the total points of each member in the system.
