What to do if the site does not send a confirmation email?

Recommendations for actions in case of problems receiving the confirmation email.



If you did not receive a confirmation email:

1. First, check the correctness of the entered email address. If the problem is not there, try sending a confirmation request again; there might have been a technical issue during the first attempt.

2. Otherwise, check the "Spam" folder in your email inbox or contact the site support service to clarify what might have gone wrong.

3. If none of the above actions helped, check the security settings in your email service; emails from the site might be automatically blocked.

In any case, if you do not receive an email within 5 minutes, try using a different email for confirmation or repeat the attempt a little later.
