How to withdraw funds?

1. To withdraw funds, simply go to the section Wallet, located in the top right corner of the site.

2. Then select the suitable withdrawal method, specify the amount, and click the Create request.

3. Pay attention to the various limits and fees for each payment method, which can be reviewed at the bottom of the wallet window.

How long does the withdrawal process take?

The withdrawal process usually occurs within the first few minutes and on average takes from 5 to 30 minutes. We process withdrawals 24/7, including weekends.

The speed of withdrawal may depend on the load of the payment system, but the maximum waiting time is 24 hours according to our regulations.

Withdrawal with the status "In process". What does this mean?

Status "In process" means that we have approved your withdrawal request, and the operation is in the transfer stage. The money has already been sent for processing and should soon be credited to your account.

The wait can be up to 3 days, although transactions usually proceed much faster.


What should you consider before withdrawing funds?

Before making a withdrawal, keep in mind that each operation undergoes a check for compliance with all site rules specified in our user agreement. If all rules are followed, your withdrawal will be approved and will receive the status "In process", which indicates a successful check.

In some cases, funds in your account may be temporarily frozen or canceled due to violation of the rules. Such measures are usually applied when misusing the site's bonus funds (accumulation, exceeding the maximum available bonus withdrawal amount, incorrect game selection for bonuses).

If you plan to only use deposits or top-ups, you should not have any issues with withdrawals.


Withdrawal status "Error". What to do?

If your withdrawal request has been rejected, be sure to contact our technical support to find out the reason for the cancellation. They will help you understand the situation and provide the necessary recommendations.

If the transfer to mobile banking does not arrive within 5 business days, please contact our support service and we will be happy to assist you.
