FAQs:

Q: How long will it take for my listing to be published to third-party sites?

A: When using TurboTenant's marketing feature, your property is immediately live on TurboTenant, and other listing websites will be updated within 48 hours.

There is a delay between the time you turn on the marketing online feature to the time that your listing appears because each listing website has its own schedule for updating listings.

Q: Why am I not seeing my listing on each third-party site?

A: Each listing website has different requirements for listings, with some being specific to a geographic region. As such, your property may not appear on all listed sites.

Q: Will my listing be published on Zillow?

A: TurboTenant does not publish listings on Zillow. TurboTenant will continue to share your rental listing to our network of listing affiliates, such as Rent.com and Realtor.com.

You may occasionally receive a lead listed as coming from the "Zillow Group", but that usually means your property was published on one of Zillow's subsidiaries, such as HotPads or Trulia
