Frequently Asked Questions
How long will it take for my listing to be published to third-party sites?
When using TurboTenant's marketing feature, your property is immediately live on TurboTenant, and other listing websites will be updated within 48 hours.
There is a delay between the time you turn on the marketing online feature to the time that your listing appears because each listing website has its own schedule for updating listings.
Why am I not seeing my listing on each third-party site?
Each listing website has different requirements for listings, with some being specific to a geographic region. As such, your property may not appear on all listed sites.
Will my listing be published on Zillow?
TurboTenant does not publish listings on Zillow. TurboTenant will continue to share your rental listing to our network of listing affiliates, such as Rent.com and Realtor.com.
You may occasionally receive a lead listed as coming from the "Zillow Group", but that usually means your property was published on one of Zillow's subsidiaries, such as HotPads or Trulia
