A: When using TurboTenant's marketing feature, your property is immediately live on TurboTenant, and other listing websites will be updated within 48 hours.
There is a delay between the time you turn on the marketing online feature to the time that your listing appears because each listing website has its own schedule for updating listings.
Q: Why am I not seeing my listing on each third-party site?
A: Each listing website has different requirements for listings, with some being specific to a geographic region. As such, your property may not appear on all listed sites.
Q: Will my listing appear on Zillow?
A: No - TurboTenant does not publish listings directly on Zillow.
If you ever see a lead labeled as coming from the “Zillow Group,” it’s usually because your listing appeared on one of Zillow’s affiliated sites - like HotPads or Trulia, not on Zillow itself.
You may occasionally receive a lead listed as coming from the "Zillow Group", but that usually means your property was published on one of Zillow's subsidiaries, such as HotPads or Trulia
Q: Why is my phone number different on Apartments.com, Zumper.com, or Realtor.com?
A: Our partner sites, such as Apartments.com, Zumper.com, and Realtor.com, utilize a call forwarding number to keep your phone number private. This allows the partner sites to track your listings and determine if you are receiving leads.
💡 TurboTip: If you call the number from your number, your phone provider will direct you to your phone's voicemail, asking you for your password.
