Extending marketing adds 30 days of online marketing to the current balance of days you have left for the listing. You can only extend marketing for your listing if you have 30 days of remaining marketing time or less.
You can extend online marketing for your listing:
From a web browser
When Using a Web Browser:
Step 1 - Log in to TurboTenant and go to the Properties tab.
Step 2 - Select the property you would like to extend marketing for.
Step 3 - Go to the Marketing tab and select Extend Marketing.
When Using the TurboTenant Mobile App:
Step 1 - Log in to TurboTenant and go to Properties in the navigation menu.
Step 2 - Tap on the property you would like to extend marketing for.
Step 3 - Tap on Extend.

The property must be marketing online in order to renew the listing
