Whenever a cleaner posts a bid to one of your searches, a chat page becomes available so you can introduce yourself to them, negotiate, and discuss details. This article will show you how to contact your potential new cleaner.
Contacting the cleaner 💬
To contact a cleaner who has bid on one of your searches, go to the "Cleaner Search" page to view your current searches.
Once there, click the button that shows the number of bids in your search to see the list of cleaners that placed a bid on your offer.
Click on a bid from the list to see more details. This will take you to the cleaner's bid page, which will contain a "chat" button located right below their profile picture.
Click it to open a new tab with the Turno messenger page, where you'll be able to message the cleaner. We encourage you to talk to all cleaners you may be interested in working with to find the best fit for you 📨
Note: To chat with a marketplace cleaner before accepting their bid, you will need to add a payment method to your account. You will not be able to start a chat with a cleaner without a payment method in place.

You can only share contact details with a cleaner after you accept their bid. We suggest chatting with them on the app first to learn about their services and negotiate. Once you’re ready, accept their bid. Accepting a bid doesn't mean that you're hiring the cleaner, just adding them to your team.
