🤝 Marketplace Searches
To start, it's important to remember that you don't have to open a search for every project in your schedule. Marketplace searches advertise your property to cleaners instead of a specific date. However, you can open marketplace searches as often as you want and accept as many bids from them as you feel you'll need.
Once you accept a cleaner's bid, your accounts connect and that person becomes part of your team.
⚠️ Please note that it does not mean that they will be automatically assigned to one of your properties after you accept their bid.

After that, you can set their roles as a primary or backup cleaner on each of your properties. Your enabled cleaners will be able to see and accept/reject projects related to the properties they are enabled on.
You can have as many backup cleaners added to your property as you wish, to make sure that you will always have options! 😉
