When your teammates complete projects, you can see a project report containing information about that project, such as your teammate's time (for hourly projects) and any pictures they may have uploaded.
In this article, you will learn how to check the individual project report for a specific project. For a report with a list of project data, see the Project Reports article.
Note: you cannot see any project information for projects on properties that have been deleted, and they are not available to add to reports. After deleting a property, the only information you can see about its projects is their payments, in your payment history page.
💻 Through the Turno website
You can access a project report on the website version of Turno by accessing your Schedule or your Project List pages.
Both options will give you the same result, so you can choose which process works best for you!
On the Schedule page 📆
Once you access your schedule page, click on the completed project you would like to see a report of, and its card will come up.
Then, click "details" at the bottom of the card to see its board view details:

If there are images under "Cleaning images", you can click the link to "Download all images" to your device.
If the project is paid hourly, the time the teammate took to finish the project will also show here. ✅

On the Project List page 📃
First, access your project list so you can locate the project you would like to see the report of and click on it to display its details.

The project details will open on the right side of the screen, with the project report, including cleaning images (if the teammate uploaded any), checklist items they checked off, problems, and notes.
If there are images under "Cleaning images", you can click the link to "Download all images" to your device.
If the project is paid hourly, the time the teammate took to finish the project will also show here. ✅

📱 Through the Turno mobile app
To check the project report on your mobile device, go to the "Projects" section at the bottom of the page, and click on the project you wish to see a report of.
The details of the project will open, displaying the project report with cleaning images (if the teammate uploaded any), checklist items they checked off, problems, and notes.
If there are images under "Cleaning images", you can tap the link to "Download all images" to your device.
If the project is paid hourly, the time the teammate took to finish the project will also show here. ✅
✅ Verification certificate for project photos
Need proof that your project photos were taken at the time of service? You can now generate a Certificate of Verification right from Turno. This is useful for your own records or for resolving complaints on booking platforms.
To get a certificate, find the project in your schedule or projects list, and open the project details. Click the Cleaning images and videos section on the project card, then click Download certificate. You will get a notification once the certificate is ready. This is available on both the website version and the mobile app version of Turno.
The certificate is a PDF showing a thumbnail of each photo with its timestamp, along with the property alias, project date, cleaner's name, and Project ID. Note: certificates are only available for photos added to projects on or after July 21st, when this feature launched.
