To use the Turno marketplace, you must agree with our terms and policies, including our Terms of Service. A summary of key policies and terms is provided below.
Be aware that these rules only apply to cleaners and hosts who met through the Turno marketplace. If you have cleaners/teammates or customers from outside of the app, these rules do not apply to them, even if you use Turno with them.
Turno Marketplace rules
While using Turno with another user you met through the app
⚠️ We reserve the right to temporarily suspend or permanently ban someone’s account in the case of repeated or severe violations ⚠️
To protect our business and our marketplace, we prohibit the following behavior:
Taking a business relationships offline (off the Turno platform), for current or future projects.
Including links or embedding information or buttons that will lead someone else to take the relationship off of Turno.
Submitting payment or requesting to have payments sent outside of the app.
Circumventing or convincing another user to circumvent the app in any way.
When chatting with another user before a bid is accepted (Pre-connection chat):

Sharing business names
Sharing phone numbers
Sharing your or someone else's address, or the address of any of your properties
Sharing any specific locations or attempting to meet another party before the bid is accepted on the Turno platform
Sharing websites or any other links that will allow the other user to contact you or someone else outside of Turno
In general, sharing any information that will allow the other user to contact you or pay you outside of Turno
📑 Note: All messages in the chat are subject to monitoring. We may decide to block a message, as well as suspend or ban a user who violates these terms.
