If you notice that you might not be receiving our messages or notifications, they may be getting blocked and sent to your spam inbox. In those situations, the best course of action would be to whitelist our email address. Doing it means ensuring that messages from that address are always delivered to your inbox and not sent to spam. 📩

💡Instructions for different email services

The method for whitelisting an email address will vary depending on your email service.

Check some of those methods here! ⬇️

Gmail 🔴

  1. Open an email from the address you want to whitelist (in this case, info@turno.com and info@turnoverbnb.com)

  2. Click the three vertical dots in the top right corner of the email.

  3. Select "Add to Contacts" or "Never send it to Spam."

Outlook 🔵

  1. Go to the "Home" tab in the ribbon.

  2. Click on the "Junk" drop-down and select "Junk E-mail Options."

  3. Click on the "Safe Senders" tab.

  4. Click on "Add" and enter the email address you want to whitelist (in this case, info@turno.com and info@turnoverbnb.com).

Yahoo Mail 🟣

  1. Click on the "Gear" icon in the top right corner.

  2. Select "More Settings."

  3. Click on "Filters" and "Add."

  4. Enter the email address you want to whitelist (in this case, info@turno.com and info@turnoverbnb.com) in the "From" field.

  5. Select "Move to Inbox".

📑 It's worth noting that if you are using an email client like Outlook or Thunderbird, it would be necessary to do this on the email client level and not on the web interface of the email service.

Keep in mind that email services and their interfaces are subject to change, so it is always best to check the official documentation or support pages for the most up-to-date information. You might also want to check your email service documentation or support pages for further information on how to whitelist an email address.
