Here you will find a simple step-by-step guide to help you delete your account.
⚠️ Deleting an account is an irreversible action and is effective immediately. It's not possible to restore any of your information once it's deleted, and we do not store your data after deleting your account. ⚠️
➡️ Even though the account deletion process is similar in both host and cleaner accounts, settings are found in different sections in each type of account, so we will describe the steps separately for each account type to avoid confusion. 📑
Cleaner Account
First, click your profile picture or initials icon at the top-right of the page to open the Settings menu and click Account:

On the Profile tab, scroll down to see the field to enter your address. Right below it, on the bottom right corner, you will find a button to delete your account.
In case these steps don't work, contact our Support team to request the deletion of your account from our end. You will be requested to confirm by email that you are the owner of the account. ✅
Host account
Click on your profile picture or initials icon at the top-right of the page to open the Settings menu and click the Account option:

Once there, scroll down to the end of the page. Right below "Change your password" you will find the "Delete account" button.
In case these steps don't work, contact our Support team to request the deletion of your account from our end. You will be requested to confirm by email that you are the owner of the account. ✅
