How To Add Photos of Your Work To Your Marketplace Profile

Sometimes just describing what you do with words is not enough. So, to convince customers that you are the best short term rental cleaner around, show them pictures and let your work speak for itself!

To add pictures to your profile, go to your Profile page on the website version of Turno (you may need to log in).

You will see the option to add photos right below the bio card. Click or tap "Add Photos" to start.


You will be requested to agree to our photo guidelines.


Once you agree to the guidelines, you will be taken to the page where you can edit your marketplace profile. Scroll down until you see two buttons to add photos - "Add Before/After Photos" and "Add Single Photos".


When you click or tap to add before/after photos, you will be able to choose two pictures from your gallery to be displayed together.

Make sure your pictures don't include any specific information about locations, or any contact information.


After selecting and uploading your photos, you will see a green banner on the top of the page confirming that the pictures have been sent.


The pictures you add will show on the "Photos of My Work" card.


You can click or tap each picture to view them. Photos that were added as before/after will show together on the screen.


Photos that were added as single photos will show by themselves on the screen.


Once you're done uploading pictures, hit "Request Changes" to save. Your pictures will be sent to our team to review. If everything is in order, they will be posted to your marketplace profile.


Once your pictures have been approved, they will be displayed on your profile to all customers who access it. Customers can also click on the thumbnails to view them on their end.
